To check the status of an order or to verify shipment, please call 877-853-8450. A customer service representative will be on hand to assist you from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Saturdays. We are closed on Sundays. Your credit card will not be billed until the day your item is shipped. An email will be sent to you when shipment has been processed. Most orders will ship within 1-2 business days; however, due to the custom nature of the watches we sell, in the rare event of a backorder, the delivery time may increase 2-3 weeks.
Returns
We offer a 30-day, no-questions-asked money back guarantee on all purchases made through our service. Any returns made under the 30-day money back guarantee must be returned in their original condition and their original packaging. You will then receive a full refund of the purchase price; shipping charges are not included in the refund. If you have had the box engraved, a deduction will be taken for that. Call if you have questions or concerns about refundable fees.
Shipping
Reines Jewelers offers shipping through UPS to its customers. Unfortunately, because of the unique nature of our service, we do not accept CODs, nor can we ship to post office (P.O.) boxes. UPS will require a signature for all packages received at the address indicated by the customer. Currently we are only able to accept online orders to shipping addresses within the United States. Ground shipping fee with appropriate insurance to anywhere in the continental United States is $15.00.
Engraving
We off an engraved brass plaque on each box. Please limit engraving to 15 characters / spaces per line; 2 lines maximum; specify block or script style. Fees for engraving total $20.00. Please allow an additional 5-7 business days for your plaque to be machine engraved. Items on special order may take longer. Call us if you have special requests for engraving and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
